Congress needed to protect labor from bloodborne pathogens. So legislation created a multi-million dollar biohazard cleaning industry. Orange County's coroners' employees went into the biohazard cleanup business. They have a monopoly. Consumers lose.

It's about decent people becoming corrupted by a market for death cleanup.

Orange County's employee con artists cost crime scene victims thousands of dollars.

 Partial remedies: Refer to the California's State Practitioners List and post a sign like the one below as a partial remedy, only post it anywhere the public might have access to the coroner and administrator's offices.

County employees are not supposed to refer the public to private companies, unless such companies have a contract with the county. There are regulations and laws against this sort of cronyism.

Cronyism as used by me applies to county employees in the coroner's office. These employees, under color of authority, direct grieving families to select cleaning companies. In return these employees receive a kickback. In some cases they might own the companies.

  1. I have two verbal confirmations relating to cronyism in the coroner's office.
  2. I have written confirmation relating to cronyism in the administrator's office.
  3. I have hundreds of web pages dominating the Orange County In ternate relating to crime scene cleanup.
  4. I received only one job in Orange County last year.

During 2003 I began to suspect cronyism in the Sheriff-Coroner's office. By 2005 I had corroborating evidence, verbal confirmation. He had a "friend" in the coroner's office. I would later learn from a competitor that the administrator's department also took part in cronyism.

Does your county help to stop county cronyism? Orange County, California's does not. You pay enough in taxes, and then you pay more because of county cronyism.
